After the success of their indie-dance For Days EP a few months ago, Tim Bernhardt and Den Ishu of the duo Satin Jackets have been relatively quiet since. Even with their month-old, hour-long “Between the Beats” mixtape, no individual productions have surfaced nor have the two gentlemen hinted towards new stuff. This was the case, until now.
Satin Jackets have a fresh remix available to the public for download. They took the debut single “Somebody” of 22-year-old singer Salt Ashes and give it an upbeat metamorphosis. This remix replaces the extensive lyrics and the electronica style of the original tune for more focus on the happy melody and a reworked disco mode.
