Despite the recent news that Afrojack was hauled off to the hospital, we’re excited to announce that come May 19th the Dutch superstar will be releasing a full length album. We are all hoping for a fast and full recovery before his performance this weekend in Miami at Ultra because seeing as the album is available for pre-ordering. That means the album is complete and all that remains to be completed is sample clearing, record label shenanigans and other things on the back end of production before the album can be sold. But hopefully if you’re in Miami you’ll catch a glimpse of Afrojack’s latest tunes off of his soon to come “Forget The World” album during his set.
A 16 track album featuring artists such as Matthew Koma, Snoop Dogg and even Wiz Khalifa, “Forget The World” will be one of Afrojack’s most diverse productions to date. Introducing a little pop culture rap/ hip-hop into the mix might mean we could possibly catch a break from the standard 4/4 kick at 128 BPM we hear in today’s poppy EDM scene.
Ten Feet Tall featuring Wrabel, The Spark with Spree Wilson and a Thirty Seconds To Mars remix are available to preview and purchase now while the remaining songs off the album you can pre-order. Browse the album below through Itunes!
