Lush, tenebrous and ever so enigmatic is what we have for you with the premiere of Flaxo‘s remix of “Reflections” by Misterwives. The midtempo formulation appeals to the monster inside with it’s mood that pushes us to really look at what is in the mirror. What you’ll be hearing while doing so is a pounding bassline with a squire of synth replicating a droplet and occasional vocal samples that will have you going mad. It’s almost like if Dillon Francis was feeling maniacally gloomy about not being able to find his Dad. It’s not all dark though, because the introduction and bridge are fairly exuberant to give you some time to decompress. It’s an extremely dope edit from a incredibly talented human being. Flaxo is one of those producers you need to watch out for.
