If you live in the Midwest and even remotely listen to EDM, you know React Presents. Since 2008 React has been a major force in the Midwest promoting hundreds of events, festivals and owning some of the hottest venues in Chicago. One of the biggest festivals React puts on is Spring Awakening Music Festival which takes place at Chicago’s historic Soldier Field where the Bears play every Fall and Winter. Well now SFX Entertainment has continued their string of acquisitions in this industry by adding the Midwest powerhouse to their roster.

In addition to the acquisition of React Presents, SFX will also be acquiring Clubtix which is a major ticket sale website along with West Loop management, a Chicago based venue management company.
