Your EDM Exclusive: Porn & Chicken Remix EP With Interview

Let-It-Bleed

Today we have the honor of giving you a Your EDM exclusive with the Let It Bleed Remix EP from Porn & Chicken, along with an interview we had with the raging party collective. You can catch them every Monday in Chicago tearing it up, but for now you will have to be sufficed with some music. Don’t worry though because it’s five bangin’ tracks.

The original single “Let It Bleed,” which features all original vocals from Justin Tranter, is joined by three remixes from Robots On The Run, Milty Evans and Zebo, along with Porn & Chicken’s remix of “Look To The Stars.” House dominates the EP, but the trap rendition from Zebo gives the project some appetizing diversity. You can stream and download the EP below and make sure to check out the interview we had with the one and only Porn & Chicken.

Your EDM Interview:

1. How was the idea for the Porn & Chicken Dance Party formed?

PNC: Porn & Chicken was spawned from an evil minion gathering located in the heart of Bro-ville, Chicago (Wrigleyville). Four friends joined forces in order to create the hottest dance party in the universe — also known as Porn & Chicken.

2. Where do you see yourselves going as far as expanding PNC outside of Chicago on a regular basis?

PNC: We want to build Porn & Chicken nationwide as well as internationally.
We have already taken the party to Honolulu, Denver, Las Vegas, etc. We are looking to expand further on the west coast and we also hope to go to Tokyo. To infinity and beyond!

3. Do you see yourself collaborating with any big names down the road?

PNC: We are currently collaborating with Torro Torro, Kryoman, and Semi Precious Weapons. In the future we would like to collaborate with 12th planet, Brillz, Carnage, Protohype, and George Jetson.

4. What can we expect in 2014 from PNC?

PNC: We are going to release our own sex toys (no, really) and music, music, music; along with a couple of music videos to promote the music.

5. Where do you see Dance Music going in the next 5 years?

PNC: We would like to see dance music go back to the basics. Hopefully it goes back to its roots as house music (not trap). We would love to see EDM return to its roots also, where only talented artists and producers exist.
