Pay close attention, it’s time to getting voting. It’s the 2014 Beatport Awards; a celebration of the best of what EDM had to offer over the year. You have until February 28th and you can vote once a day for your favourite nomination in each of the following categories:
– Album of the Year
– Track of the Year
– Artist of the Year
– Label of the Year
Beatport will also reveal the winners in the following categories which are based upon Beatport sales activity in the last year:
– Best-Selling Album of the Year
– Best-Selling Original Track of the Year
– Best-Selling Remix of the Year
– DJ Choice Award (the track appearing on the most DJ charts)
– Best-Selling Compilation of the Year
The final categories are out of your hands and will be decided by experts and dance music veterans (or survivors, depends how you look at it):
– DJ of the Year
– Best Musical Collaboration
– Best New Artist
– Lifetime Achievement
– Track of the Year
