Sonny Moore aka Skrillex is being sued by a fan who claims she was grievously injured by the music icon’s stage-dive during a 2012 performance in LA.
The incident took place during Skrillex‘s set at The Belasco, back in February of 2012. The plaintiff, Jennifer Fraissl, claims that she was unable to avoid Sonny as he dove into the crowd, as he often does. Fraissl is arguing that the dive inflicted traumatic injuries which later led to an alleged stroke.
Fraissl is seeking damages including loss of income, medical expenses, and others still unspecified from the The Belasco and the young music icon. You can watch the video of the incident in question below. Check back for updates as they emerge.

Stage diving, champagne/vodka showers, cake throwing is all CLOWN behavior and these dj’s think they are better than everybody and that gives them the right to do it. Its not performing. With that said you can clearly see in the video that he motioned to the crowd to catch him. This lawsuit is complete bullshit and shes trying to get attention, and it seem like it would be only the negative kind. I hope they did a toxicollogy report on her at the time, incase she was on something.
I’m sorry but there is no way stage diving caused a stroke….. look up the fundamental mechanisms of what causes a stroke and you will quickly realize how much B.S. this Fraissl is full of
