Being from the West Coast, I’m pleased to be the one premiering the groovetastic single, “Wild West West,” by Filibusta and PASSiO. The future funk record is reminiscent to works by Opiuo and GRiZ, which goes to say something given the style of music we are dealing with. There are numerous factors as to why this one is major; we could talk about the blues guitar, the “California Love” samples, or the epic bassline that happens to be my favorite element of the composition. However, coming in close second is the saxophone. Can’t forget that. Or that this is free, so do grab it!
