Everyone’s favorite trippy kitty is back with a doozy of a new track. Cashmere Cat‘s ‘Wedding Bells’ comes from the Norwegian producer’s upcoming EP of the same title and is the first full track to be available for streaming. If you heard those EP snippets Cashmere posted on his soundcloud a couple weeks ago, you’re probably drooling over this release right now.
All the standard elements of Cashmere Cat‘s signature sound are here: perfectly pitched, eclectic drum beats drive the tune’s breakdown while beautiful woodwind samples and sexy, chopped vocals permeate the atmosphere, creating a soundscape within the track itself. And of course, the squeaky bed springs sample makes a return as well. This is honestly one of the most intricate tracks I’ve heard in a good while and it truly showcases the talent of this reclusive producer.
