It’s an obvious thing that it’s harder for foreign artists to break into the US market, but I think with a little help Finland’s Elaksi could maneuver up our food chain. This 19 year-old is putting out some fresh beats that fuse future bass with chill-wave. He is coming at a time where midtempo and trap are insatiably popular and hip-hop-esque music is in high demand. One thing is for sure, he has music to offer.
