Spag Heddy released a new EP on DUSTLA today, which included a track called ‘Gift In Glass’ featuring Josh Hand‘s vocals. The original features Spag Heddy’s signature chopped up vocals alongside ferocious growls that make for one aggressive and experimental sound. Two remixes were included alongside the original mix, one by Tom Budin who brings a funky style to the original and ak9, who also does his take on it. With his remix, ak9 takes the original and ups the intensity and aggressiveness a notch in an exceptional fashion. The growls are more ferocious, the bassline is rougher and heavier there more aggressive elements are accompanied by a euphoric buildup that leads into the grimy, face melting bass that ak9 is known for.
