SoundGarden Hall just dropped a recap video of the Full Tilt Tour as it stopped through Philadelphia last October. The venue is quickly becoming a mecca for EDM acts traveling through the Mid-Atlantic. The recap features bass heavy artists BARE, Tittsworth and Ookay as they tear down this energy packed room.
