He may not be managing his own Twitter account anymore, but Deadmau5 is still making those highly anticipated coffee runs that we all end up wasting up to 45 minutes of our lives watching.
Joel invites Amit Duvdevani of Infected Mushroom along with him on his latest drive, once he finally manages to get out of the parking lot.
The chat between the two influential electronic music artists incorporates a broad array of topics including Israeli and Canadian culture (the homelands of Amit and Joel respectively), their favorite donuts, how Amit likes his coffee, the impending closing of Roseland Ballroom, and how both Infected Mushroom and Deadmau5 will be headlining shows in NYC this NYE.
During the conversation we also learn that Amit is not impressed with the famous Philly cheesesteak, Joel agreeing that you can get the same sort of cheeseteak in your hotel room. I am, in fact, offended and would like to argue that they were both in a bad mood when they first tried true Philly cheesesteaks.
