A Monstercat signee who has released absolutely brilliant remixes of tracks like Krewella‘s “Come And Get It” and “Days To Come” by Seven Lions has debuted an all original EP today called “Earth!” Yes, you guessed it, I am talking about none other than Rogue! Rogue is an artist I follow very closely but rarely see get exposure, so I decided to review and share some of his newest material with all the EDM fans here at Your EDM.
Throughout the year or so of hearing Rogue’s releases, I’ve noticed his incredibly unique style and unparallelled sound design and have come to the conclusion that he is truly a visionary in the production of Electronic Dance Music. Rogue composes some of the most beautiful and uplifting melodies that are usually accompanied by nothing short of astounding growls and amazing harmonies that keep the groove impeccably. And with his release today, it became apparent that he is not afraid to cross boundaries and push himself into uncharted waters with new sub-genres of EDM such as his “Perfect Views” (available below with full album preview) where he throws in a huge trap breakdown while keeping it a fast paced upbeat dance track. Rogue is one of the few artists who keep completely true to their own originality while also complimenting on trending sounds and genres of that time!
