Swedish House Mafia has finally come out of hibernation to unleash unto the world a short but emotional trailer of their impending one last documentary. Possibly titled “Clip One”, this documentary will focus on the super group’s One Last Tour which took place during the last leg of 2012 and finally came to an end during the last night of Ultra Music Festival 2013’s second weekend. This will be the trio’s second documentary, the first being “Take One”. Let us know what you think of the trailer in the comment section down below.
We will be sure to update you as soon as we know more on the matter.
i think we will learn more about their link, the background and why they decided to end it
This confirms what we’ve all been seeing since their split. Steve was the main one that wanted a different path/approach/lineup or whatever you want to call it. Seb and Ax spent the entire summer practically together at Departures in Ibiza while Steve went his own way. Seb had Reload and Ax had COTU and they’ve kept a good focus on their career. Steve has been touring but is super focused on his family time. And their respective DJ Mag rankings made the split even more obvious. I can’t wait to watch it all unfold.
i think they documented their breakup lol
Among many things a common trend I see in their documentaries is their egos clashing constantly, yet when they finally put them aside they make great music.
People act surprised as if SHM was going to last forever. A lot of musical groups don’t last very long without a lineup change or someone leaving the group. This is, I would think, a universal theme that when you spend so much time around someone, tension will build up and someone is going to snap sooner or later because you just get sick of them. Ax, Seb, and Steve are incredible producers on their own and when they join forces to make music, they’re music is truly game changing but each one of them has a different set of priorities so naturally they’re going to disagree on a few things. I just think people need to see the big picture: they left behind amazing music that inspired a lot of DJ’s/Producers that are in the scene today.
