Bad news for New York EDM fans and Laidback Luke, Pier of Fear has been denied two of five previously granted event permits. Combined efforts from the artists and promoters were unsuccessful in changing the verdict that apparently is in response to “recent events”.
LBL took to his Facebook earlier this morning to apologize and announce that since the event permits had been denied, he had no other option than to move his Super You&Me Show to Pacha NYC. Tickets for Super You&Me will be honored with a 20% refund at Pacha NYC for the same date, October 25th; the promoter will also honor requests for full refunds. While this is definitely disappointing to all involved, we can be thankful that a full cancelation was avoided.
