Dubstep innovator Mark Instinct has just released a free download of his remix of Chuckie‘s trap/hip-hop song “Makin’ Papers” today. The original vocals from Lupe Fiasco and Too $hort are featured into the remix, however Snow Tha product‘s only sampling are small snippets here and there.
I was glad to hear this remix because I wasn’t entirely satisfied with Chuckie’s instrumental, so for Mark to bring things more into the realm of heavy bass was perfect. He preserved the integral hip-hop vibe, but fused that with huge basslines to create something both hip-hop and bass heads can enjoy. And did I mention it’s free?
