Ok, first off I have no idea what’s Irish about the nachos they make but that’s besides the point (maybe it’s the fact that they’re drinking while making it?). For this episode of Epic Meal Time, Steve Aoki and Harley “The Sauce Boss” Morenstein (apparently they were high school friends) make some pretty good looking nachos using some delicious looking ingredients. Interspersed throughout the video you even get a few Aoki cooking tips. Who knew, I guess Aoki can actually cook.

And for anyone wondering:

Tools & Ingredients:
1 mixing bowl
1 baking tray
1 saucepan or pot
1 frying pan
spatula
4 large potatoes
2 avocados
1 pack of bacon

Sour cream
Salsa
Shredded cheese

Directions:
1 – Turn the stove to high heat
2 – Open the package of ground beef
3 – Place the ground beef into the large pot
4 – Stir constantly
5 – Cut the bacon into bits
6 – Place the bacon into a pot and put it over the stove on high heat
7 – Add the taco seasoning to the beef

11 – Remove the skin
12 – Slice the lemons in half
13 – Squeeze out the juice
14 – Add salsa (if you’re smart)
15 – Mix all the ingredients together
16 – Remove the grease from the bacon
17 – Combine the bacon and the ground beef
18 – Slice the potatoes into quarter inch slices
19 – Add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan
20 – Place the potato slices into the hot oil
21 – Flip once the edges become golden brown
22 – Place the hot fries on a plate covered in paper towel in order to absorb the grease
23 – Season the fries however you see fit
24 – Place the fries on a flat surface
25 – Add the beef and bacon on top of the fries
25 – Sprinkle some cheese on top
27 – Place the nachos in the oven on broil and remove it once the cheese starts to bubble
28 – Remove the nachos from the oven
29 – Add the guacamole
30 – Add some sour cream
