This past year’s Defqon.1 hardstyle festival saw a number of arrests and unfortunately one death. One 23 year old man suffered a number of seizures and passed away following a number of cardiac arrests. There was also fourteen people hospitalized, whether they were overdoses is not known. Eighteen thousand people attended this famous hardstyle event, our condolences go out to those families effected by this horrible news.

Seizures, eh? Don’t buy “acid” from anyone at shows, folks. Or… anywhere, really. Research chems are nothing to fuck around with.
Not blaming the music by any means, but the intensity of the music + bad Chems…Hardstyle indeed!
One death out of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND people isn’t too bad of an odd. While my heart goes out to those who lost a loved one, people need to acknowledge the real problem here, which is not the music. It’s the lack of knowledge the people who are buying these synthetic drugs at these festivals. People need to be better educated, or do their research before they go and take acid from the random guy in the corner. One would think it’s common sense. It has nothing to do with the music. It’s lack of education on the part of those taking the drugs. Stop giving EDM such a bad name because some kids can’t handle themselves.
thats what happens when irrisponsible “KIDS” take candy from strangers i mean for christ sake they make resonably priced test kits for a reason bunkpolice.com know wat u r getting n dont take too much its called MODERATION dumbasses
I saw the news come in straight away and the police representative could not have set it any better. There’s nothing wrong with music festivals, it’s the responsibility of every person to know what they’re doing/risking.
