Live in the Boston area but couldn’t make it to the Zoo this year? Or you’re just an animal and will go non-stop? We’re just a few days away from Boston’s biggest music event of the summer: Boston Calling Music Festival. The two day festival takes place September 7th and 8th at City Hall Plaza with two stages, 20 artists, and loads of extras.
This diverse line up includes: Deer Trick, Flume, Flosstradamus, The Gaslight Anthem, Kendrick Lamar, Local Natives, Major Lazer, Passion Pit, Vampire Weekend, Wolfgang Gartner and more. This really had something for everyone, and everything for the all around music lover. Obviously Sunday’s lineup really caters to the electronic crowd with some of EDMs best involved, but top it off with Kendrick Lamar and Passion Pit? That makes for a great end to a solid festival.
Don’t forget to wear your vans because if the Vans team sees you, you could be winning some fresh gear. Don’t have any? Vans will be hooking up 100 lucky attendees with pairs of Vans Classics and Backpacks.
As far as getting to the festival. You can obviously ride the T into town because parking’s going to be a nightmare. But, Uber partnered up and is giving attendees a $20 credit for a ride there and a free ride for all VIP holders. Click here for more details.
There’s going to be food, drinks, and awesome music all weekend. Day passes, weekend passes, and VIP passes are still on sale. Be sure to grab yours and come check out one of the summer’s last events. Boston Strong.
