Flying Lotus Confirms Personal GTA V Radio Station With Exclusives and More

What was just a rumor is now reality. Flying Lotus has just confirmed that he will have his very own radio station on Rockstar’s new triple A title Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V). Through the radio station, Flying Lotus will showcase a myriad of different artists and exclusive tracks. From Tyler, the Creator to Aphex Twin, the sounds will be varied, with the main purpose of showcasing the diversity of the game and environments you will be playing in.

 

The soundtrack supervisor of the game, Ivan Pavlovich had this to say:

“Soundtracks have been an essential part of all our games and for Grand Theft Auto V, we wanted to cover the full breadth of the modern L.A. scene. From Flying Lotus breaking exclusives on his own radio station FlyLo FM, to new tracks from Wavves and Twin Shadow to some incredible classic hip-hop hosted by DJ Pooh, through to the Narco Corridos of East LOS FM, Grand Theft Auto V’s radio stations paint a definitive and eclectic picture of Los Santos through the sounds you’ll hear driving down the freeway.”
