With the summer coming to a rapid close, Time decided to rank what they found to be the 13 songs of the Summer. With Daft Punk, Zedd and Avicii making the list, we thought it was pertinent to share with you the ranking, asking for your opinion on the matter. While not entirely EDM, the increasing presence of electronic music artist on these types of list, illustrate the growing importance of the genre amidst a mainstream dominated by Pop and Hip-Pop.

Blurred Lines, Treasure, Holy Grail, We Can’t Stop, Don’t Drop That Thun Thun, Best Song Ever, Cups and Cruise are basically rap. Clarity is best on here.

Radioactive is actually pretty good imo.. Clarity, Wake me up and Get lucky take the prize though.

Get Lucky and Blurred Lines got really old really quickly, Clarity and Wake Me Up are awesome, Radioactive’s a great song (Night Visions is just a great album in general) and Cups is reaaaaaally catchy.
No one can convince me that a best-of list including “One Direction” and “Miley Cyrus” is anything but sarcastic.
