Almost a year after we all heard Must Be the Love on BT‘s Soundcloud, the excitement started to build for his 9th studio album release: A Song Across Wires. Well, that time has finally come, it was released Friday and almost immediately hit #1 on iTunes’ top 100 dance albums. A Song Across Wires features a number of artists including, Tritonal, Arty, tyDi, Nadia Ali, Emma Hewitt (who most recently did the vocals on Armin Van Buuren’s track Forever is Ours.) and more.The album starts off with the song we all know, Skylarking and then takes you on a musical journey while BT touches on nearly everything from trance to electro and even throws some dubstep tones in. Towards the middle of the album, the song Surrounded comes up which is an incredible display of BT‘s musical production talent. Surrounded is already the most purchased song off of the album, with the vocals of Aqualung and the upbeat hypnotizing beat, it’s sure to be a huge hit. When purchasing the album on iTunes it comes with a 1 hour 19 minute continuous mix of the album, which is like having BT play a personal set for you in the comfort of your own home.
