There’s been a lot of buzz concerning the whole Diplo and Flo Rida controversy and now, on a similar note, Dillon Francis is accusing Katy Perry of stealing from his video “Messages” for her latest smash, “Roar”. The similarities are so blatant that it led Francis to fire out a few angry tweets expressing his disgust.
