I’ve been waiting for Hawyre to put out a song on Monstercat for a long time and now it’s finally here in the form of “Synergy.” The track features a build up with subtle, but brilliantly placed piano embellishments that serve to create dreamlike soundscape that really draws you in right before smacking you in the face with into a funky bass driven groove. My favorite part of this track is definitely the dubstep breakdown that comes in the middle, which serves as a really nice change of pace from the other glitch hop sections. Hopefully this is only the first of many great tracks to come from Haywyre on Monstercat!
