Although Pasquale Rotella may have had his civil charges thrown out on July 12 he is far from finished with his legal battles. On July 29 Rotella will be headed back to court to face charges claiming he paid off city officials with $2.5 million. Should he be convicted, he could be looking at up to 14 years in jail.

Wtf they’re always after Pasquale. Let the man do what he does best and throw unforgettable festivals. If you don’t like them, don’t go or don’t pay attention to the hype about them.

Good ideas for future themes? Even if there was a “bribe”, why are the public officials not being prosecuted for accepting a bribe? Actually, the term is probably more appropriately called “negotiation”. It’s a business deal. Everybody does business everyday, all day. Nothing illegal about that!
