With a track title fits snug like a glove, “Black Magic” from Luigi Rocca is a dark, tech-riddled journey through sound. Coming out August 9th, the track has a bizarre vocal sample. “Black Magic” samples a recording of Jonestown and Peoples Temple. If the sample doesn’t shy you away, Luigi Rocca has perfectly crafted a tech house tune that stays entertaining from start to finish. There is also a nice balance between the usual house percussion and unusual sound effects heard throughout.
