Giorgio Moroder’s Fireside Chat with Red Bull Music Academy

buteverybodycallsmegiorgio

The famous-once-more Giorgio Moroder recently sat down for a FDR-style fireside chat with Red Bull Music Academy as part of his first ever DJ set at Deep Space NYC. Hearing about his history outside of “I Feel Love” and disco is entertaining, like the early bubblegum pop records he worked on. He later goes into details working with synthesizers and creating “the future” of dance following engineering the bassline in “I Feel Love“. At the end of this one hour conversation we are up to current times with “Giorgio Into Moroder“, his work with Daft Punk. This fireside chat is a must hear to truly learn and understand the history of a dance music legend.
