Just weeks after releasing A Color Map of the Sun and announcing a massive fall tour, Pretty Lights has started unveiling the official remixes for his latest album. Canadian bass producer and head of Firepower Records, Datsik, was the first to showcase a remix off the album. I was surprised that this was the first remix to surface, but I immediately realized why Pretty Lights would want the heavy hitting dubstep remix of “Around The Block” to set the bar for all the remixes to come. After hearing what the styles of these two sound like hand in hand, I can only hope for a collaboration between the two in the near future. And just like every other Pretty Lights track, the song is available as a free download on his website HERE!
