Closing in on their one hundredth release, Suara has released a short EP by deep house veteran Sharam Jey alongside Jean Claude Ades. The latter artist JCA has been lying low in the blogosphere for some time now, nice to hear his influences back at the forefront once more. The EP is titled Happy Mondays, a fitting title for all the like-minded Beatport release day addicts, with “Oh Baby” being the real highlight. “Oh Baby” is a mixture of sexy vocal ooh’s and aah’s, moody basslines and even some vocal samples that sound reminiscent of Mord Fustang and his compatriots.
