Part of the new breed of Trance producers that are slowly emerging from the South American country of Argentina, Tomas Heredia‘s career has significantly skyrocketed from where it was last year. Already gaining an approving nod from the number one DJ in the world, Armin van Buuren, his euphoric, wondrous melodies have captured the hearts and minds of Trance fans everywhere and have definitely caught the attention of many of the leading producers of the trance scene today. Even though he is only 21, his rapidly maturing sound has been championed in numerous sets around the world and the clear cut quality of his musical productions have reached the levels of professionalism needed to claim a spot in this hard earned industry. After the success of his brilliant When I’m With You/Alchemist double EP, (which received airtime during the ASOT 600 Expedition tour), he turns his attention to a brand new single from the mighty John O’Callaghan. The official release only included remixes from Uplifting producers Sneijder, Solarstone and Menno De Jong, which means that this remix is currently not for sale. While that might be unlucky in certain situations, John has decided to give this track away for free and the beautiful, slowed down rendition of Tomas Heredia‘s remix is a brilliant treat for Trance fans everywhere.

Tomas immediately puts on the big boy gloves as he starts out the piece with a rough bassline that cuts through with its edgy timbre and focused, yet creative technical effects. White noise and accompanying voicings only propels the quality to a higher level than before. As the bassline pairs down a bit, the beautiful vocals of Ria shine through as he includes organic pads to create a whirlwind of complex, yet dreamy tones upon the vocals. The breakdown features the vocals again as lush angelic pads brings a touch of orchestral into the mix. As Ria sings, ‘I’ll follow‘, Tomas introduces a muted, yet delicate melody into the soundspace, before exploding the energy with euphoria and magic in tow. The drop is exactly what is propelling Tomas into the big leagues as his chords and voicings bring an Uplifting, yet catchy melody amidst it’s arena-like atmosphere. This is only accentuated with his addition of harmonic choir and heartfelt accompaniment to create some interestingly complex and emotional chord changes. A brilliant remix by one of the fastest growing artists in the scene, it is definitely a track you can’t miss.
