Q-Dance Produces an Epic Closing Ritual for Defqon.1 2013

qdance-defqon1-youredm

Defqon.1 looks like a hardstyle fan’s dream come true. It’s hard to believe that people show up for the music when the stage, pyrotechnics, lasers and lights are so visually stunning. Q-Dance pulled out all the stops on this event and it’s going to change a lot of opinions of this style of music. A lot of people are to overwhelmed by the pace to really enjoy the experience. The Q-Dance stage at Tomorrowland was sick last year, but it didn’t get as much attention as it should of, possibly because of the dozen or so other stages.

As for “The Closing Ritual” of Defqon.1 2013? The Weekend Warriors were the chosen ones… This really is a crazy ending to a show. There are more fireworks than the 4th of July, more lasers then Star Wars, more glitter then a strip-club, and more screams then a 14 year-old girl at a Justin Bieber concert. Anyone else get chills up their spine when they heard Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansell? What followed was a spectacular visual and audio display from the Q-Dance event and after watching it, I will not be missing the next one. Check out the closing video and a longer recap below.
