Things have been relatively quiet over in the Basto camp as of late. The Belgium native is mainly known for his smash breakout hit, I Rave You in 2012 and has only followed up on that release with the odd, left field track of Stormchaser. Now, after a 6 month hiatus, Basto has finally returned to the circuit with a brand new original production entitled Dance With Me. Keeping suit with the harder, more face smashing Electro that his sound has evolved into, this track is a true Progressive House banger that will hit hard in any dance floor. Since his earlier roots have been in the realm of catchy melodies and infectious hooks, Dance With Me starts with an impressive first impression, giving off a euphoric vibe perfect for any festival. The unique choice of poppy synths and reverbed strings brings a full bodied melody to the forefront.

The buildup is short and with the cock of a gun eventually being fired, the drop commences in full electronic force. The drop is heavy and mind blowing, layering thick, spacious Electro pads against massive amounts of white noise. An interesting aspect in this piece is the Middle Eastern influences in the proceeding accompanying synth that coincides with the main Electro hook. A perfect track for many Progressive House artists, it has already been heavily supported by artists such as R3hab and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.
