Deadmau5 recently took to Twitter, to announce some good news for his fans and some not so great news for Ultra Records. Known for his sometimes controversial social media posts, Joel Zimmerman aka Deadmau5 announced that new music is on the way. However, it will have to wait as the artist has had beef with Ultra Records and is waiting until his contractual run-off period expires. Zimmerman had some choice words for the label, remarking in his typical rhetoric, “F those guys…”
The often outspoken Zimmerman, has posted some snippets recently on his Soundcloud, circumventing any required releases through the mega label. Supposedly, we can expect new tracks on June 25th but only time will tell what else Deadmau5 has been keeping under lock and key.
