In the past weekend, Porter Robinson spoke about his upcoming music and how he hopes it will be more “listening music” but still “dance-y”. In an interview with Liquid Todd at EDC NY, Porter Robinson was asked to elaborate to which he responded that he would be “trying something a little different”. While the fact that he is already in the process of completing his album is not really news, speaking about the type of music that will be present on the album is a first. With his previous tour being with Mat Zo and The M Machine, both pioneers in their own respect, it comes to no surprise that Porter would try to spread his wings and fly from the EDM nest.
