Dick Clark Productions is working on a new awards show for DJs. This is the same company that puts on the Golden Globes, American Music Awards, and Academy of Country Music Awards. A US awards show would be a huge (and relatively overdue) development for the electronic music world. Is it a good or a bad thing? Only time will tell.
