Eric Prydz is quite possibly the most talented DJ and producer in the game today. His latest release under his alias Pryda is everything we have come to expect from him. Power Drive is a track full of energy and heart. The track begins with an intimate and churning beat and then slowly a beautiful and chilling melody rises. The melody slowly grows until the strong synths take over and the track morphs into a havoc-wreaking dance floor destroyer. A siren and strings accompany the re-entry of the beat giving Power Drive a truly epic feel. This track is nothing short of genius and I hope Power Drive, and it’s creator, garner the recognition they deserve from the dance music community.
