With only a few weeks to go until Free the Universe is finally released, Major Lazer drops their third installment of free giveaways in response to the delayed album release, Lazer Strikes Back Vol. 3. Volume 3 features everything from a upbeat drum n’ bass-driven remix of “Get Free” by CAMO UFOS, to a dirty electro house remix of “Jah No Partial” from Vato Gonzalez. Also included in this volume is a banging remix of No Doubt’s “Settle down” by Major Lazer themselves, and Avicii’s official edit of “Get Free” that I’ve been dying to get since I first heard it during his recent unbelievable set on Diplo & Friends!
I was originally disappointed with the push back of Free the Universe‘s release date, but with all three volumes of the Lazer Strikes Back series constantly coming through with some killer tracks I’ve been kept satisfied thus far.
