Ultra Music Festival was the place to be this weekend but sadly not everyone could afford the pricey tickets. So instead of contenting themselves with the livestream, some fans decided to take matters into their own hands and either jumped over fences or swam across the Bayfront Bay. As one can expect, things didn’t end well for them, as the trespassers were either arrested or sent to the hospital for broken ankles. The tally? 3 arrested for swimming across the bay, 12 sent to the hospital for broken ankles and over 50 calls reporting gate crashers.
UPDATE: According to NBC, 84 people were arrested during the first weekend of Ultra Music Festival. Most arrests were due to disorderly conduct, narcotics and people swimming across the bay.

i agree. I mean obviously you need some security, but if you swim across the bay you deserve entry. And who would call and report a gate crasher? I cant believe there was one call let alone 50
