Singles

Timur Shafiev- Glory (Edu Remix Edit)

Pulling some serious power and muscle is Edu remixing the Trance 2.0 masterpiece of Glory by Timur Shafiev. While injecting the drops with high octane synths and convincing Progressive fare, the middle section consists of a brilliant chordal progression that would tickle the fancy of any Arty enthusiast out there. Definitely worth a pick up. Beatport: http://www.beatport.com/track/glory-edu-remix/4178091

Matt Bukovski vs. Andy Elliass & Abys- Cheops (Original Mix)

Pulling off of an amazing Uplifting cut is a fantastic collaboration between Matt Bukovski, Andy Ellias and Abys. Alone, these producers produce fantastic soul-moving music and together, these three are unstoppable. In Cheops, we hear a gorgeous Orchestral breakdown with full on strings as the drop is a gorgeous melody with emotion and pride within every single note and chord. It is surely a not miss release for those who want emotion and flight lifting capabilities in a track. Beatport: http://www.beatport.com/release/cheops/1041363

Niko Zografos- Sweet Sorrow (Emerge Remix)

Even though locally based in California, it seems that Progressive Trance producer Emerge has been making moves towards a bigger market and his production skills have been leaping expectations. His remix of Sweet Sorrow implements cool vocal chopping, smooth Progressive Trance bass and the breakdown is just heavenly. The drop is also nothing to sneeze at, as Emerge pulls a nifty riff that is insatiable to dance to. Beatport: http://www.beatport.com/track/sweet-sorrow-remix/4229040

Weekly Download

Roald Velden- Dreaming Away (Tyler Dodds Remix)

This week, we have a lovely Progressive tune from little known producer Tyler Dodds. Here, Dodds takes Roald’s Dreaming Away to vistas unknown, as he reworks it to a beautiful calming fare full of relaxation and serenity. Dodds utilizes outdoor ambiance such as birds chirping, combined with a spellbinding piano line and divine chords to give us a beautiful, expertly produced track to wash all of our troubles away. Releases

Eximinds- Clouds (Original & Alex Larichev Mixes)

Rising superstar Eximinds has just released a great track on Tool Recordings called Clouds, utilizing some funky minor chord progressions to shake up many sets that have become stagnant. This is more Uplifting than their harder sound as of late, but they give a great production, regardless of the genre. Included is a blistering Progressive Trouse remix from Alex Larichev, as he beefs up the sound with some hard hitting, low rumbly synths to give the drop a nice punchy aftertaste. Mac & Monday- Here Comes The Snd (Original Re.Edit & Original Tech Mixes)

This particular release has been buzzing on everyone’s lips these past couple of weeks, as almost every single release from Mac & Monday has had Banger status all over it. Released on the legendary Borderline Records, it harkens back to the earlier years of Trance with its Classic sounding synths, iconic bass kicks and and absolutely perfect implementation of pristine orchestration. The Tech mix pulls some clubbier elements to the front, as the drop is implemented with cool effects and a completely different instrumentational layout to give us a great piece to listen or dance to. Seriously pick this release up if you love the sound of Trance pre-2008. Beatport: http://www.beatport.com/track/here-comes-the-snd-original-tech-mix/4115590
