It seems like more and more Dutch producers are experimenting with the increasingly popular trap music sound. Yesterday, Afrojack offered up a trapped out edit of Bangduck, and Laidback Luke has been dropping these big room bass tracks in his sets for months. Yellow Claw, the masterminds behind the moombahton smasher, Krokobil, have also been big proponents of the style. They’ve put out quite a few trap releases so far but this new EP on Mad Decent/Jeffree’s may be their best yet. These Dutch producers seem to be focusing on the big room aspects, creating tracks more along the lines of festival smashers rather than instrumental hip hop beats. If you like bass music and trap this one can’t be missed, Yellow Claw did great things with each track on the EP from the rap/big room trap fusion 21 Bad Bitches to the jungle sounding Kaolo.
