She’s arguably the most prominent female DJ/Producer, earning kudos from big names all over the EDM industry, like Toolroom owner Mark Knight. Overall, Gina Star has proven she can hold her own and now she’s back, ready to pick up where she left off in 2012 with her latest single, “Midnight”. It is exceptional track, maintaining a progressive house feel yet not incorporating the big room, commercial redundancy. Rather, “Midnight” takes you on a journey, keeping you entertained for the entire six minutes as it continually builds, gains more and more momentum, and then crashes hard.
