Laidback Luke is back and bigger than ever with Strobelight, his new release with Lee Mortimer is out today on Luke’s own Mixmash Records. Coming off a massive set released earlier in the month from Escape From Wonderland this has been a much anticipated release. The track features Laidback Luke‘s usual antics; with loud beeps and such the intro reminds me a bit of his Timebomb. The melody is brought in via classical piano and strings which is a bit off the beaten path for Laidback Luke but works beautifully.
