What else can be said about Steve Angello. The Swedish house icon, Size Records owner, avid producer, and relentless world tourer has had a meteoric rise these past few years. Along with his obvious accolades as a member of Swedish House Mafia, Steve Angello has a number of original productions to his credit, including the recent H8RS–a collaboration with Max Vangeli and AN21 that was featured on the People of the Night artist album (Size Records, 2012). Now, Steve Angello reminds the world of his production prowess with “Yeah,” an anthemic progressive track with undeniable energy. Mr. Angello raises the bar yet again with masterful synth work and an impassioned groove. Stark clap hits and a driving feel start off the track, as distorted guitar chords pave the way toward the first major build-up and a monumental drop. High-end synth chords add a spacious atmosphere to the feel. Meanwhile, a rhythmic sawtooth bass adds grit and groove to the arrangement, while additive percussion and an emphatic vocal sample keep the energy at a fever pitch.
