deadmau5 – Bleed / Dundas Square

Always one to come up with new and exciting projects, deadmau5 just finished up a music video for a slightly reworked mix of his classic ambient work Bleed. Easily one of my favorite mau5 tracks, Bleed is a washed-out, blissful dive into the full range of emotion offered by the use of electronics in music creation. The video, shot by Joel himself at Dundas Square in his hometown of Toronto, is a slow-motion slice of everyday life: dogs playing in fountains, cars driving by, even a man with a drum set finding his bliss. Staying true to the intense nostalgia of Bleed, this video is yet another testament to the artist genius of deadmau5. Check out the video below, and be sure to watch it in HD–the camera work really is beautiful!
