Moombahton progenitor Dillon Francis hit us with Masta Blasta last summer: the perfect easy, breezy summer jam, it sounded great coming out of car speakers with the windows rolled all the way down. Now, in true Francis fashion, he’s reexamined the track and made something entirely different. The Rebirth is still a stuttering, energetic track with a tongue-in-cheek sense of self-conscious humor, but now it’s in a dubstep setting. I don’t prefer it to the original–moombah beats do more for me than dubstep ones do–but at least it’s something! Check out the free download below.
